GIVEAWAY RULES

ELIGIBILITY
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. By participating in this giveaway, you agree to abide by all the giveaway rules and regulations. This giveaway is open to legal residents of the 48 continental United States that are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. The winner must provide a valid mailing address and email address. SwoptCleaning.com (“Sponsor”) reserve the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant. Current employees, partners or agencies associated with the Cleveland Cleaning Company or Winston Products LLC are not eligible to win.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins Thursday, December 6, 2018 at 12:00AM EST and ends Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 11:59pm EST. All entries must be within the giveaway period. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the giveaway at their sole discretion.

HOW TO ENTER
You can enter the giveaway through the form listed. Entrants must fill out all required fields on the entry form to participate. The entrant will receive one (1) entry for each of the following actions:

• Filling in & submitting the entry form receives one (1) entry
• Liking any of the Get SWOPT UP In The Holidays Facebook posts receives one (1) extra entry
• Sharing the giveaway. After submitting the entry form, you will receive an email with a unique URL for sharing the giveaway. For every referred friend who enters the giveaway via your shared unique link, you'll receive one (1) extra entry for each of those entries

WINNER SELECTION
All eligible entries received during the submission period will be gathered into a database at the end of the submission period. A winner will be chosen at random. The winners will be contacted by end-of-day Friday, 12/21/2018. Announcement and instructions for prize will be sent to the email address supplied on the winners’ entry forms. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her email account for prize notification. If a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days using the contact information provided at the time of entry, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, that winner forfeits the prize and a new winner will be chosen.

PRIZES
There are six (6) grand prizes to be won. Each prize will be awarded to one (1) of six (6) individual winners:

• Prize 2: Heavy Duty Corn Broom Cleaning Head, 60" Handle, and a $50 Visa gift card

• Prize 4: Premium Smooth-Surface Straight Broom Cleaning Head, 48" Handle, and a $50 Visa gift card
• Prize 5: Microfiber Mop Cleaning Head, 60" Handle, and a $50 Visa gift card
• Prize 6: 24" Dust Mop Cleaning Head, 48" Handle, and a $50 Visa gift card

No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. Prizes are non-transferable.
